34th Street: The Best of New York
Getting Here & Getting Around
The 34th Street District is pedestrian heaven: It's just a 15 minute walk from one end to the other (though it takes days to explore all we have to offer!). It's also the most accessible neighborhood in New York City: New Jersey Transit, Amtrak, and the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) all arrive at and depart from Penn Station; there's a PATH train station at Greeley Square; more than a dozen different subway lines have stops here; and city buses make their way along the avenues and across 34th Street.
