Special greeters assist more than one million visitors and tourists a year at the Penn Station Visitor Information Center and at Visitor Services Information carts scheduled to operate in Greeley Square and at the Empire State Building from late March to late November. The greeters answer questions, offer directions, and distribute "The 34th Street Map & Guide", updated annually by the Partnership and published in English and Spanish versions.
