The work of the Partnership is directed by Daniel A. Biederman, President, and implemented by a staff of experts in the management of urban space, urban design, retailing, tourism, horticulture, and privately-managed security and sanitation services - all of which efforts underlie the dramatic revitalization of the 34th Street District.

The same team untertook the award-winning restoration of Bryant Park and is responsible for the maintenance and operation of this urban oasis.
